Are we STILL crucifying God’s Word in 13,035 ways?
Yesterday I shared a powerful thing I was seeing about the possible ongoing crucifixion of God’s word due to there being 13,035 words in the original scriptures that were NOT TRANSLATED into ANY English words at all.
If you haven’t read that, please read it here. This message is a continuation of that one.
Did you know that at least 13,035 original words of scripture were not translated into ANY words at all? They were simply “overlooked”, ignored, and “abandoned”. Today, I hear more and it is shocking how God seems to be putting this all together into “one” in my mind.
Could there be a MUCH HIGHER and much more powerful truth at work here?
“I AM… DEBT… FREEEEEE!!!!!”?
Is unfinished work a debt?
Have you ever heard the callers call into Dave Ramsey’s national radio talk show and scream those very powerful words?
You can hear the freedom in their voices and screams after they paid off their debts and often EVEN their house. You can feel the joy in your heart as you celebrate with them and can’t wait to join their ranks.
I have always followed the idea of being “totally debt free”. I mean house and everything. But, recently, I have discovered there may be MORE things than money that are keeping me in bondage.
Is owing money to a person or a bank the ONLY kind of debt there is?Continue reading
Is there more to “sin”, “son” and “sun” than we realize?
I never cease to be amazed by God.
He works in such mysterious and yet simple, “everyday” ways. I was just talking to my younger teen “son” about our Sunday goals before I release him to his computer. I started to hear a thought in my head (probably based on one of his simple yet profound thoughts) about the words “sin”, “son” and “sun”.
I knew I need to go look deeper to see what was going on. I have trained myself to pay very close attention to all my thoughts. I believe they are very important if we want to truly hear from God.
I know that the “sun” shines on the “earth” in our physical reality or our natural body. But, in the Bible God sometimes uses “son” and “sun” interchangeably. Also, he sometimes uses the word “earth” interchangeably with “body”. (Our “body” is even made of the “dust of the earth”) I believe this is NOT a coincidence.Continue reading
Should we be changing God’s “signs”?
Mankind has done some GREAT things, hasn’t he?
He has also done some “not so great things”.
One thing that man has done is taken Gods original words of living truth or “signs” as I like to call them and tried to assign meaning to them for us in our own native language.
This is AWESOME or how would we ever know what God was saying at all?
The original words God gave us were in Hebrew for the Old Testament and Greek for the new (with some other smaller exceptions).
I suspect that sometimes man was correct and sometimes he wasn’t. Sometimes he simply couldn’t see the bigger picture God was revealing. I know I often can’t until he unveils it in my minds eye and I have that powerful “ah-ha” moment I share so often.
Maybe he even saw the truth but didn’t believe it?
Or even worse… Maybe some other men had darker motives and they may have wanted to keep the truth from us for whatever ever reason?
Whatever the motive was, should we simply accept what man says based on “blind faith”? Or should we dig deeper to see if God meant something else? Do you think God rewards those who dig deep into his words in an effort to know him better?
Let’s look at some verses and compare what man said in the translation vs. what the original word was (as best as man can ascertain).Continue reading
Are our bodies a living sacrifice or a “fire offering” for God?
Ever deeply ponder these verses and study the OT law while believing that “God is one” and try to believe they are speaking of the same thing?
Therefore I urge you, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living and holy sacrifice, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service of worship Romans 12:1
“For everyone will be salted with fire. Mark 9:49
Here is what I hear powerfully from within today as I study Leviticus and it causes me to have great internal rest and trust of him no matter what occurs today in my outer man or what humans call “life”. God IS in total and complete control of every aspect of our lives and the end result. We will die. But it ends with a powerful and amazing surprise. LIFE. True life.
Please allow me to speak boldly and share what I am hearing and have been hearing so strongly from within. Here are the questions I ask the Lord and write what I hear as I study.Continue reading
Have you ever pondered what God is revealing to us in Genesis 2:6?
Does God’s word really say that man was cursed?
But a mist used to rise from the earth and water the whole surface of the ground. 7 Then the Lord God formed man of dust from the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being Gen 2:6
Do you see what the mist did?
It rose FROM the earth to water the surface of the ground. The word is “alah”, (Strong’s 5927) which means to “ascend, rise, climb”.
Based, on this, which realm/location is HIGHER, spiritually speaking? The earth or the ground?
I found the following question(s) were posted online in a Christian forum. This is a great question that I believe a LOT of people have and personally grapple with.
Will God destroy people on judgment day?
Revelation 13:8 – and all who dwell on earth will worship it, everyone whose name has not been written before the foundation of the world in the book of life of the Lamb who was slain.
So what do you think of this passage?
Do you agree this passage is clear, unequivocal and self-evident to the reader: Certain individuals are preordained to be destroyed by fire on the day of judgment?
I think the person who asked the above question also has this verse in mind:
And if anyone’s name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire Rev 20:15
Here is what I hear from within based on what I know of God’s goodness as revealed in his Word.
There is much more going on here than we see with our natural eyes and minds.
First, we must understand that God’s fire is a SPIRITUAL fire that is HOLY and not destructive in the way that natural fire is. This is why the “burning bush” was not consumed. God’s fire is refining and purifying removing ALL the impurities in us through trials and tribulations or “trials by fire”. This is our personal “tribulation” and all of us will be “salted” or purified by his holy, cleansing fire.
“For everyone will be salted with fire Mark 9:49
It’s only a matter of “When?” – this age (life of natural body) or the next?Continue reading
This week I find myself back into Revelation and I want to point out some things I am hearing within.
What is the Synagogue of Satan?
They may not be too popular, but I believe the Lord wants us to hear them so we can properly discern the truth. Ultimately, these words are very good news. But, we may have to first change our minds (repent) and agree with God’s very Word and die to ourselves. Once we die to the false self of the outer man, the very Word will feed us life and rivers of living water inside.
First, please know that God means exactly what he says and doesn’t play games with his Word. If he says something, he means it just as it is stated. If what we believe about him is contrary, we have to repent not God. We have to change our mind each and every time this happens. If we are not that flexible, we are in for more “hell” and in need of more “salting” with his Holy Fire. He will continue to “salt” and purify us until we agree 100% with his Word and this is the true repentance he grants us.Continue reading
Ever ask “What does the Bible say is true RIGHT NOW in this very present moment of space and time?”
This is very interesting to me. It is the idea and truth of where the Bible meets this exact PRESENT moment.
What is true right now according to the Bible?
That is what I am most fascinated about. I believe God is with us right now this very moment doing inside us whatever it is we are doing. The true God is in the everyday things doing them with us and AS us. Think about that today. It’s very powerful when it hits a person. It will even make you shed some tears as to how the creator of all things also helps you check the air in your tires or discipline your child.
So, is the Bible an antiquated book that is no longer very relevant to our modern times?
Or is it even more relevant today as we near the end of an age?
What does the Bible say about right now, at this very present moment. Surely there must be a Greek or Hebrew word meaning this very present moment where you are? For me, it is Friday October 31st 2014 at 9:10am and I am sitting at my computer in my home.
There is a word for “the very present moment”. Actually, more than one. So, are you curious like me and want to know what it is and where God’s Word INTERSECTS with us RIGHT NOW?
This is awesome and mind-blowing to think about what it reveals.Continue reading
In this article and intense study, we will answer the mystery question of “Who is Satan”? and also the question of “Who is the God of Israel in the Old Testament?”
Who is Satan? Is he the enemy of Jesus or his servant?
Could they be related? Let’s see.
Dear friend and lover of the truth.
I am going to share something that I have been sitting on for more than 6 months now. Today, I sense it is time to go public and “come out of the closet” with these powerful, yet shocking truths God has been revealing through his written and living Word only and not through any external teachings of man. I truly believe we really are in the very last days and are ready for the shocking truth that scripture reveals. I pray you are ready to stand in the TRUE faith when he appears and not shrink back.
If you have been brought up and believed all the common teachings of Christianity, (which I was) you may be GREATLY dismayed at what you begin to see as you carefully examine the scriptures yourselves instead of merely listening to other’s teachings and believing what they tell you. (Be sure to use a more literal translation like NASB or ESV and stay away from more less literal translations like NIV or the like. Biblegateway.com is a great site as is biblehub.com and blueletterbible.org.)
I know I was very shocked when I first saw the things I am going to share. I walked around in a stupor for a week or so. There was much FEAR the first few days, but after that, amazing peace settled in as the truth begins to set you free from within your heart. Fear is only in the outer man or the false self of the “flesh”. There is no fear in love and perfect love casts out fear. So, if you fear while reading this, simply stop and ask the Lord to drive the fear away. Then, go and do what he says. He will wait on you. He is VERY patient. If you have any fear, it won’t last and will be replaced by true inner peace who is Jesus himself.Continue reading
