Should we fear asking God the TOUGH questions?
There is a is a very heated topic and highly debated question that has been going on for a LONG TIME in the world. Maybe even in our own hearts and minds at times… I know I have grappled with it my fair share in my search for the real and highest truth God reveals in his Word.
And we often aggressively defend our own position as if in a life and death struggle. The question?
“Does the Bible have any CONTRADICTIONS”?
There, I said it. The cat’s out of the bag.
So, what you think? Are there any contradictions in the Bible?
Have you looked into it out yourself?
Are we STILL crucifying God’s Word in 13,035 ways?
Yesterday I shared a powerful thing I was seeing about the possible ongoing crucifixion of God’s word due to there being 13,035 words in the original scriptures that were NOT TRANSLATED into ANY English words at all.
If you haven’t read that, please read it here. This message is a continuation of that one.
Did you know that at least 13,035 original words of scripture were not translated into ANY words at all? They were simply “overlooked”, ignored, and “abandoned”. Today, I hear more and it is shocking how God seems to be putting this all together into “one” in my mind.
Could there be a MUCH HIGHER and much more powerful truth at work here?
Is man STILL crucifying God’s Word and TRUTH?
I have stumbled upon something that I have found to be absolutely astonishing and possibly even HORRIFYING.
I have been deeply studying the original, Hebrew, Greek and Aramaic words of scripture and found something that amazes me.
There are a WHOPPING 13,035¹ original words of scripture that WERE NOT TRANSLATED.
No, that’s not a type or a mistake! (You find out yourself by downloading this powerful and free program that allows you to study the original words from the WLC “codex”.)
How could this occur?
What is in these 13,035 completely absent original Words God gave us?
Aren’t EACH and EVERY one of God’s words important?Continue reading
God’s Fire in the cloud
Friends and fellow truth seekers.
I sense Big and mighty things are coming.
There is about to be a revival like we have NEVER seen before. And it’s not from the ones we call “religious”. Although I hope they will join. It’s up to God.
Amongst the revival there will be a huge spiritual battle too. God will give victory and when he does, WE WILL win!
I am about to start UNPACKING and UNLOADING things simply as I see them. I must have balance in order to be able to continue to deliver what I hear.
Maybe you can help somehow?Continue reading
Who created this current world?
I have been finding and seeing a little 3 letter word in English that is suddenly becoming very important to me.
It’s the word “the“.
Do you ever think about that tiny yet ever so important word?
Is there a difference between “a car” and “the car”? Or between “a doctor” and “the doctor”?
How about “a store” and “the store”?
I think you get the point. One could be any but if the word “the” is there, it is a specific one that all of us know.
It is “the” one and there is no other like it.
With that thought in mind, look at the following verse:Continue reading
Is there more to “sin”, “son” and “sun” than we realize?
I never cease to be amazed by God.
He works in such mysterious and yet simple, “everyday” ways. I was just talking to my younger teen “son” about our Sunday goals before I release him to his computer. I started to hear a thought in my head (probably based on one of his simple yet profound thoughts) about the words “sin”, “son” and “sun”.
I knew I need to go look deeper to see what was going on. I have trained myself to pay very close attention to all my thoughts. I believe they are very important if we want to truly hear from God.
I know that the “sun” shines on the “earth” in our physical reality or our natural body. But, in the Bible God sometimes uses “son” and “sun” interchangeably. Also, he sometimes uses the word “earth” interchangeably with “body”. (Our “body” is even made of the “dust of the earth”) I believe this is NOT a coincidence.Continue reading
Remember the game we played as children called “find the difference” between two things?
That is what I get to do all day in my work of solving computer or network problems.
I have to find the difference between what they have now (a “problem”) and compare it to what they had before (the problem was present). If I can remove the difference (what changed) then the issue will be resolved and person very happy! Their computer or network has been “restored back to the truth”. That’s how I see my work… as “fighting the forces of evil”. 🙂
Maybe we can use this skill to study God’s original words he gave us and tell us when he is speaking about the same thing or something different?
Let’s see.Continue reading
Should we be changing God’s “signs”?
Mankind has done some GREAT things, hasn’t he?
He has also done some “not so great things”.
One thing that man has done is taken Gods original words of living truth or “signs” as I like to call them and tried to assign meaning to them for us in our own native language.
This is AWESOME or how would we ever know what God was saying at all?
The original words God gave us were in Hebrew for the Old Testament and Greek for the new (with some other smaller exceptions).
I suspect that sometimes man was correct and sometimes he wasn’t. Sometimes he simply couldn’t see the bigger picture God was revealing. I know I often can’t until he unveils it in my minds eye and I have that powerful “ah-ha” moment I share so often.
Maybe he even saw the truth but didn’t believe it?
Or even worse… Maybe some other men had darker motives and they may have wanted to keep the truth from us for whatever ever reason?
Whatever the motive was, should we simply accept what man says based on “blind faith”? Or should we dig deeper to see if God meant something else? Do you think God rewards those who dig deep into his words in an effort to know him better?
Let’s look at some verses and compare what man said in the translation vs. what the original word was (as best as man can ascertain).Continue reading
Good afternoon and happy Saturday,
What is the “valley of the shadow of death”?
I have spent most of this entire week in solitude and deep scripture study and spent a couple days in deep darkness. As much as I hate it, the sun ALWAYS rises in my heart after the “night of darkness”.
Are you ready to hear of a God MUCH bigger and more glorious than we have heard before? Hopefully, you are listening with your “new wineskin” from inside your heart. Otherwise, the old wineskin of the outer man may burst when we pour in this most awesome “new wine”. Mine has burst many times.
I was doing errands today and sitting, waiting in my car staring outside. Suddenly the words came to me in a FLASH (based on a conversation yesterday with a friend and Christian teacher…) I am always asking him to reveal more of the truth about “death“ and “life”. That was part of our awesome conversation. Her faith is so awesome to see, but we both agreed it appears out of death. Most (if not all) the people I know who have great faith have experienced great death in their “lives”. She lost her son who was in her 20’s and struggles with the darkness. My mother died at the age of 7 and “family” was very dysfunctional with lots of alcoholism. Another friend lost her young teen son to an accident. Others struggle greatly with addictions or abuse. All of them are seeing “death” first hand. All of them have great faith (full trust in God) as a result. It’s very refreshing to see.Continue reading
